Gooma might be strict about the "laws" and underage (or of-age) alcohol consumption, but when Goompa has his way, everybody gets a little taste of the flasky flasky.
I believe the exact quote went a little something like "ahh, how delicious"

I have to admit this much: Jude looks much happier with his flask than he does either pre or post-op (see below).

I love how Goompa has Bozo hair in a few of those pictures. It so completes the picture of the guy walking around the neighborhood alone with a flask in the middle of the day. And giving some to his grandsons, apparently...
