Funny Faces

Jude is a very expressive little man, as his Grandma might say. For a while that meant long evenings that consisted of mostly screaming. But we are glad to say that we have reached a new point in his little life! He is no longer mad all the time, and we are getting a plethora of expressions to show you. More to come. Also, more sleeping to come :)

He was looking at his Aunt Puff and he could not believe her antics.

Such a smart boy. He knows which outfits will be embarrassing when he's a teen- and he will NOT smile in them.

This was the sweater I tried to put him in which made him so mad. He didn't really fuss, but he left this face on until I took the sweater off. The boy gets what the boy wants.

Hands are funny things...

This is his polo model shot. He was trying all kinds of model faces. This was the winner.

  1. So much to say, so little time...

    1. As Grandma "might" say? Nay, Grandma DOES say Jude is one expressive little man! This portends interesting things in the future because Marin was a mellow fellow until about one-year-old when he discovered temper tantrums. Imagine Jude when he discovers tantrums. They will open up new and vast vistas of "expressiveness."

2.Thought bubble for adorable pale yellow jammy photo: "I will NOT be made sport of."

    3. Thought bubble for Christmas sweater photo: "Yes, I am an eighty-year old man trapped in doughy baby body. So what. Now where's my pipe?"

    4. Polo model shot: shirt=Polo; face=Anne Geddes

  2. When Grandpa saw the Christmas sweater photo, he laughed and said, "Jude is curmudgeonly already." I think he meant that having to wear that sweater made him even more curmudgeonly.

  3. All I can say is that I don't know who Aunt Puff is, and Micah and I laugh out loud every time we look at these photos. You've got to save some of these in a special folder for when Jude wants to bring his girlfriend home. Yellow sweater, breast pad on head...
