Balloons...are the Greatest.

Guys, this is so sewious...I need to say something.

I wuv balloons.

Listen, guys, listen. If you rub it on your head, I think something happens. Goompa always does it. I just don't know what is supposed to happen.

Here is Jude looking at his favorite balloon mobile and pretending to blow up the balloons. Well, maybe not pretending. More like, requesting that we all blow them up for him. Or, okay...maybe demanding.

I love balloons.

I am not enthused.

Balloons are not fun.

But playing together sweetly is so fun!

Are we having fun yet, People?

When devastation and misery are everywhere, sometimes you just have to leave.

Always a solution to misery? Apple cores and upward battles against slides.

Can you tell he's having fun?

Back home, we were not having fun yet.

This is technically a "fishbowl" effect. But really, can you tell?

DEVASTATION AND MISERY WERE EVERYWHERE.

So the question remains...are we having fun yet, people?

Fun, fun, think about fun.

A gentle pat? yeah, maybe.

Devastation and misery...everywhere.

Just two little guys playing with a heater. Totally safe.

Also, note the grey on gray. I like to throw in both spellings so that everyone is satisfied.

Here was a popular game for both boys. Marin throws little toys at Jude. It was so fun. I think. Okay, it was so fun for Marin.

Finally Together

Once we thought that the flu had passed, Briasson came home to us! Here is my preppy little puppy. Soak him up people, because this is about as cute as he gets. NOT.

Here is the 1 year old pushing the 2 year old peep on a lawn mower. It really seems like Jude always gets the short end of the stick. Oh well, conflict avoidance starts young I guess.

Briasson came home, like I said, and things got weird. Also, look how cute the pug is.

Nom nom, plain bread. Do you like my capri pants? No?  I'm going to kill you.

Fwiends Fowever.

P.U.P.P.Y.

Well, as fun as it is to be the "pusher" in all of the games, I think that the television is really calling my name. Bye, losers.

Snowventures.

Despite the fact that he was feeling lousy, Marin was quite the trooper. In fact, one time I had him in Barnes and Noble and he vomited on the carpet. Then we wiped it up and kept playing. We decided to not even tell a worker. WHOOPS.

Prophylactic medicine overdose. He takes after his Gooma.

Marin (age 2) borrowed a coat (size 12 months) and some boots (size 4 year old) to play in the snow. Things went....fine.

One of multiple mandatory and upsetting sledding rides that Goompa gave Marin and that Marin DID NOT WANT. Devastation and misery were indeed... everywhere.

But through it all, Easten stayed fashion forward.

She even gave Jude some new friends. "Finally, some guy that doesn't bug me and isn't thwowing up...how rwefweshing."

The apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

Ridin Dirty

Sometimes a guy just has to lean back and ride, am I right? Am I right? Am I right?

Stolen: water cup. Suspect: Marin. Evidence: It's either him or Briasson, and Briasson isn't here.

I'm so sowwyyyyy.

Even the next day he was still so sowwy about the water cup incident. What a loving boy.

After all the drama, sometimes a guy just needs to jam.

The Plague

When Marin visited from California, everyone got the plague. Marin maybe got it the worst, though.

Jude, I think, got it the least.

Listen, if everyone is sick and vomity all up on your grill, the least you can do is keep your hair looking tight.

I love the plague!

I guess I'll just lay here. I can't even move.

Jude really soaked up the "someone else is sick and watching tv" time.

No really, everyone was sick.
